  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar (packed)
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • For frosting: 6 oz cream cheese, 5 tablespoons butter, 2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk and yeast; let it rest for about 3 minutes.
  2. Add eggs, melted butter, and sugar to the mixture; mix until combined.
  3. Gradually add salt and flour until dough forms; knead until smooth but slightly tacky.
  4. Let the dough rise in a greased bowl covered with a cloth for about 30 minutes or until doubled.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread apple butter evenly. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
