  • ¼ cup granulated sugar

  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • â…“ cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 medium apples (peeled and sliced)
  • ¼ cup light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup rolled oats

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Combine graham-cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter in a bowl; mix until sandy.
  2. Press mixture into a springform pan and bake for 8–10 minutes until golden. Cool slightly.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth, add brown sugar, sour cream, vanilla, and eggs; mix until combined.
  4. Pour filling over crust. Toss sliced apples with light brown sugar and cinnamon; layer on top.
  5. Bake for 35–40 minutes until edges are set but center jiggles slightly. Cool gradually in the oven with door ajar.
  6. Chill in refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
  7. For the crumble topping, mix oats with melted butter and sprinkle over chilled cheesecake. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for another 12–15 minutes until golden.
