  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons blueberry jam or mashed fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine melted butter, egg, vanilla extract, and yogurt until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients; stir until just combined. Fold in blueberries gently.
  5. Fill muffin cups with batter and bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Transfer to a lined baking sheet and turn on broiler.
  7. In a bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and blueberry jam for glaze.
