  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 5 cups corn flakes cereal
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup ketchup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and coat with flour in a large bowl.
  3. In another bowl, combine crushed corn flakes, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  4. Whisk together eggs and milk in a small bowl for the egg wash.
  5. Dip each chicken piece into the egg wash, then roll in the cornflake mixture.
  6. Place on the prepared baking sheets and bake for about 18 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Meanwhile, prepare the Honey BBQ sauce by heating BBQ sauce, honey, and ketchup in a saucepan for about five minutes.
  8. Once baked, toss the chicken bites in the sauce and serve warm.
