  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (grated)
  • 2 green onions (thinly sliced)
  • 2 cups baby spinach or bok choy
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat and set aside.
  2. In another pot, bring the beef broth and water to a simmer. Add soy sauce and sesame oil.
