- 1 can of corn or 3-4 grilled corn cobs (kernels cut off)
- 2 avocados
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
- 5–10 tortillas of choice
- 2 limes (sliced into wedges)
- barbecue sauce of choice
- Optional: Homemade coleslaw
- Preheat your oven to 450°F.
- Shred the smoked beef shoulder and spread it on an aluminum foil-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 5-10 minutes until crispy, keeping an eye on it to prevent burning.
