  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • More basil leaves, chopped
  • Red pepper flakes (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Dice the Roma tomatoes and mix them with chopped basil, minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and salt in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl, blend the crumbled feta cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt until smooth.
