  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons diced dill pickles
  • ½ tablespoon prepared yellow mustard
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 cup pre-sliced dill pickle chips
  • 1 cup freshly shredded sharp cheddar
  • 3 cups cooked frozen french fries

Instructions

  1. Cook the frozen french fries according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika until no longer pink (about 5 minutes). Drain excess oil.
  3. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, diced pickles, mustard, garlic powder, and onion powder to create the special sauce.
  4. In a large serving bowl, layer romaine lettuce as the base. Arrange tomatoes, red onions, dill pickle chips, cooked ground beef, and crispy fries on top.
