  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup chicken broth (for non-alcoholic option)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Season chicken with salt and pepper before sautéing until golden brown (6-8 minutes).
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and minced garlic; sauté until mushrooms are soft (3-4 minutes).
