  • 1/4 cup turkey strips (minced)
  • 1 small yellow onion (diced)
  • 56 cups chicken broth
  • 6 chicken thighs or 3 medium chicken breasts
  • 1 cup carrots (sliced)
  • 1 cup celery (sliced)
  • 2 cups russet potatoes (diced)
  • Seasoning: salt, pepper, and fresh herbs

Instructions

  1. In a large Dutch oven, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Stir in turkey strips and diced onion; cook until the turkey renders fat and onion softens.
