  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp PB2 (powdered peanut butter)
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/3 cup liquid egg whites
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Mash the banana in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Add the mashed banana, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, PB2, coconut flour, egg whites, almond milk, and baking powder into the bowl. Mix well using a hand mixer until blended.
