  • 1/4 cup sugar (50 grams)
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • For the glaze: 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon melted butter, and hot water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and ground cinnamon.
  3. Add softened butter and mix until crumbly.
