  • 6 brioche rolls (regular or gluten-free)
  • Kosher salt and ground black pepper
  • Fresh lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (400-500 degrees F) and clean the grates.
  2. 2. Grill the thawed crab legs directly on the hot grates for about 5-7 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until warmed through. Remove from grill.
  3. 3. In a small saucepan, melt butter, garlic, and parsley over medium heat; mix well.
  4. 4. Brush melted butter mixture inside brioche rolls and toast on the grill for 30 seconds to 1 minute until crispy.
  5. 5. Crack open the crab legs and extract the meat into a large bowl. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of melted butter mixture and toss gently.
  6. 6. Fill toasted rolls with the buttery crab mixture, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle more melted butter on top.
  7. 7. Serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges.
