  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 1/4 cups parmesan cheese, shredded

  • salt
  • black pepper
  • garlic powder
  • smoked paprika
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • parsley, chopped (optional)
  • red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. Season the steak with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from skillet and let rest.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and whole milk; simmer gently.
  4. Gradually add parmesan cheese while stirring until melted. Mix in cooked tortellini and sliced steak until well combined.
