  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Instructions

  1. Cut the salmon into 1-inch cubes and pat dry.
  2. Set up a breading station with flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and panko mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in the third.
  3. Coat each salmon cube in flour, dip into egg, and roll in panko mixture.

  5. Fry salmon bites in batches for about 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  6. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice to create the bang bang sauce.
