  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 6 cups of salad greens, 1 chopped red apple, 1 chopped green apple, 1 cup of roughly chopped walnuts, ⅓ cup crumbled feta cheese, and ⅓ cup dried cranberries.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together 1 cup apple juice, 4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, 2 tablespoons honey, ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, and ¼ cup oil.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently until everything is well coated.
