  • 8 ounces full-fat cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a springform pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix gluten-free flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the egg, vanilla extract, honey, melted coconut oil, and Greek yogurt until smooth.
