  • 2 lbs baby back ribs
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat (around 300°F).
  2. Remove the silver skin from the back of each rib rack.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Rub this seasoning blend over both sides of the ribs.
  4. In another bowl, combine apple cider vinegar and honey; brush this mixture onto both sides of the seasoned ribs.
  5. Place the ribs bone side down on the grill and cover them. Cook undisturbed for about 2 hours.
  6. After 2 hours, brush BBQ sauce over the ribs and close the lid again for an additional 30 minutes.
  7. Allow ribs to rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
