Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3 garlic cloves (2 for marinade, 1 for sauce)
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice or vinegar
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic (2 cloves), smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken pieces to the marinade and toss well. Let marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  3. While the chicken marinates, mix together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, minced garlic (1 clove), lemon juice (or vinegar), and salt in a small bowl to make the creamy garlic sauce.
  4. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill chicken bites for about 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
  5. Serve with creamy garlic sauce drizzled on top or as a dip, garnished with fresh parsley.
