  • 1 cup small broccoli florets

  • 1 yellow squash (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup mushrooms (thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Optional: 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
