- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup baby spinach leaves
