  • 1 pound raw shrimp (deveined)
  • 5 garlic cloves (minced)

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved

  1. Boil halved baby potatoes in salted water for 8-10 minutes until slightly tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. Whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, and whole grain mustard in a small bowl for the sauce.
  3. Season shrimp with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté par-cooked potatoes in olive oil until crispy (about 4-6 minutes). Remove from skillet.
  5. Cook seasoned shrimp for about 2 minutes until pink; add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  6. Combine shrimp with half of the honey mustard sauce, then add potatoes back to the skillet and drizzle remaining sauce over everything. Heat through.
