  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour (for crumb topping)
  • 1/2 cup chilled unsalted butter (for crumb topping)

Instructions

  1. Make the crust by combining flour, salt, and sugar in a food processor. Add chilled butter and pulse until crumbly. Gradually add ice water until the dough forms. Wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour.
  2. Prepare the crumb topping by mixing sugars, cinnamon, salt, and flour. Add chilled butter until crumbly; refrigerate.
