- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3 tbsp Swerve Confectioner’s Sugar Substitute
- 16 ounces Cream Cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1/2 cup Swerve Confectioner’s Sugar Substitute
- 1/3 cup Eggnog
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cup Almond Flour
- 1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 3 tbsp Swerve Confectioner’s Sugar Substitute
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Prepare the sauce by heating almond flour, heavy whipping cream, nutmeg, cinnamon, and Swerve in a saucepan until just under boiling.
- Temper the egg yolk by whisking it and slowly adding some warm mixture while whisking continuously.
- Combine the tempered yolk back into the saucepan and let simmer for a few minutes before removing from heat and adding vanilla.
- Make the crust by blending crust ingredients and pressing them into a greased springform pan.
- For the filling, beat together cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, spices, sweetener, vanilla extract, and reserved eggnog mixture until smooth.
- Spread filling over the crust and chill overnight in the fridge.
- Serve chilled with a dusting of cinnamon.
