  • 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 2 cups Pineapple Lime Cauliflower Rice
  • 2 cups Sweet and Spicy Coleslaw
  • 1/4 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 avocado, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix melted butter and taco seasoning in a small bowl. Brush the mixture onto the frozen cod fillets, then place them on a lined sheet pan.
