  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free ketchup
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp sugar-free honey
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp capers (drained)
  • 1 squeeze fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 squeeze fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sugar-free ketchup, Dijon mustard, sugar-free honey, minced garlic, capers, and lemon juice to create the dressing. Chill while you prepare the salad.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp seasoned with garlic powder and Old Bay seasoning; cook until pink and opaque (about 3-4 minutes). Let cool slightly.
