  • 3/4 box small pasta (300 g)
  • 1 cup shredded purple cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrot
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped scallions
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water; set aside.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, granulated garlic, celery seed, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
