  • 3 tablespoons mandarin juice (from can)
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon fine kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon chili flakes
  • â…“ cup extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dressing by combining mandarin juice, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, kosher salt, chili flakes, and extra virgin olive oil in a jar. Shake well until emulsified.
