  • 2 ½ lb Beef Tenderloins
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • ¼ cup Yellow Onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1 tsp Fresh Rosemary (minced)
  • â…“ cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 3 Large Peaches (pitted, peeled, and diced)

Instructions
