  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp salted butter
  • 1 onion (peeled and thickly sliced)
  • 1 green bell pepper (thickly sliced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (peeled and minced)

  4. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  5. Pour in double cream, stirring to combine, then let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Return cooked steak to the skillet and mix well.
  7. Add cooked pasta and mozzarella cheese; stir until cheese is melted and everything is well combined.
  8. Serve immediately, garnished with additional black pepper.
