  • Heavy cream (or dairy alternative)

Instructions

  1. In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until well combined.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and melt the butter. Dip each slice of brioche into the egg mixture, coating both sides.
  3. Cook the brioche slices until golden brown on both sides; remove from the pan and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add olive oil and sauté garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until softened.
