  2. Chop Veggies: Halve tomatoes, finely chop red onion and cilantro.
  3. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix corn, tomatoes, onion, and cilantro. Add lime juice and season with salt and pepper; toss gently.
  4. Chill the Salad: Refrigerate for at least an hour to enhance flavors.
  5. Add Avocado Before Serving: Dice avocado just before serving to maintain freshness.
