  • 1/2 cup water
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground meat until fully cooked; drain excess fat. Stir in taco seasoning and water, simmering for 2-3 minutes.
