- 2/3 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 package frozen puff pastry, thawed (17.3 ounces)
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon water
- Prepare the filling by mixing Brie cheese, cranberry sauce, and chopped pecans in a bowl until combined.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry into a rectangle about 1/8 inch thick on a lightly floured surface.
- Spread the filling evenly over the pastry and roll tightly from one end to the other. Slice into 24 equal pinwheel pieces.
