  • 1/3 cup strawberry jam
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 cups powdered sugar

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Blend freeze-dried strawberries into a fine powder.
  3. In a bowl, cream together butter, sugar, and vanilla until fluffy. Add the egg and mix well.
  4. Gradually combine flour, baking soda, part of the strawberry powder, and salt into the mixture. Stir in strawberry jam.
